Marisa Enzinna will be the next president and CEO of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce.
Enzinna, who had been the Canandaigua-based business organization’s director of member relations and communications since 2024, was appointed effective Oct. 5.
Enzinna will oversee the Chamber’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, with a focus on strengthening member value, expanding connections across Ontario County, and advancing the organization’s role as an advocate for the business community.
“I’m honored by the opportunity to lead an organization that I’ve come to know so well and deeply care about,” Enzinna said in a statement. “The strength of the Chamber is its members — the businesses, organizations and people who make up our community.
I look forward to building on the work we’ve done, strengthening the value we provide to our members and continuing to connect with businesses, organizations and stakeholders across Ontario County.”

Enzinna succeeds Tracey Dello Stritto, who left the Chamber in August to serve as president and CEO of the Finger Lakes Visitors Connection, the tourism agency of Ontario County.
Krista Gleason, who serves as board chair of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce, was appointed interim president.
A thoughtful and thorough search to fill the position on a permanent basis led to a strong group of candidates expressing an interest in leading the organization, according to Nicole Mahoney, head of the search committee and vice chair of the Chamber’s board of directors.
“Marisa stood out for her deep understanding of our organization and our members, her established relationships throughout the county, and her clear passion for the organization’s future,” Mahoney stated. “We are excited to see her step into this leadership role and build on the momentum already underway as the Chamber continues to grow its impact across Ontario County."
