Thursday Night Football is back in the United States.
And it's coming to a new home.
The Buffalo Bills host the Detroit Lions at 8:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, in the first regular-season game at the new $2.2 billion Highmark Stadium.
It's the only NFL game scheduled Thursday and kicks off Week 2 of the 2026 season.
Both teams are 1-0. Buffalo opened the season with a 36-31 victory over the Houston Texans, while Detroit beat the New Orleans Saints 31-30 in overtime.
