Your vote will determine who will be the Turf Masters Girls Sports Athlete of the Week for September 28 - October 4. The players' credentials are listed above the poll — which will be live until 8 p.m. Wednesday. The winner will be announced on our Instagram page Thursday.
The nominees are chosen by our sports reporters. If you would like to call attention to an athlete's performance to be considered for the nomination, please email sports@democratandchronicle.com. All athletes who play on Section V girls teams are eligible to be nominated.

Alaina Delehanty
Brighton volleyball sophomore led the way on offense in a four-set win over Honeoye Falls-Lima, turning in 19
kills.
Vanessa Guerrero
Wheatland-Chili soccer player recorded two goals and one assist as the Wildcats knocked off No. 2-ranked Batavia Notre Dame 3-1 on Friday.
Sydney Harff
Pittsford Mendon volleyball senior paced the Vikings’ first win over rival Sutherland since at least 2009. Recorded 16 kills, 28 digs and two blocks.
Mya Hayes
Dansville soccer player converted four goals in Monday’s victory against Letchworth and two in Saturday’s shutout win over Way-Co.
Mallory Howe
Pittsford Sutherland senior ran the fastest time among girls in Section V during the McQuaid Invitational. Howe was presented the Katie Harper award after completing the 3-mile Bob Bradley Premier Girls cross country race in 17 minutes, 11.2 seconds to finish in fourth place.
Gabby Lee
Geneseo soccer player had a goal in Wednesday’s division win against York/Pavilion, then buried four in Saturday’s victory over Mount Morris.
Lexi Lombard
Pittsford swimmer was part of four first-place events at the Shenendehowa invitational meet Saturday, which the Panthers finished first in team scoring. Lombard’s wins included the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200 medley relay and 200 free relay.
Reagan Paolini
A freshman on the Churchville-Chili/Hilton girls golf team who shot the lowest nine-hole scores at two matches. Paolini finished with a one-over par 37 on the east course at Victor Hills Golf Club. She then delivered a two-under par score of 34 on the south course at Victor Hills.
Bayleigh Tallman
Genesee Valley-Belfast soccer player scored four goals in Monday’s win over Mount Morris and three more in Friday’s victory against Friendship-Scio.
Shea Williams
LeRoy volleyball junior led both offense and defense in a five-set win over Perry, delivering 16 kills and 23 digs.
