The Buffalo Bills will face off against the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football in the semi-enclosed confines of SoFi Stadium.
The home of the Rams and Los Angeles Chargers isn’t a full dome but has a full roof and open sides. Regardless, the forecast implies near-perfect conditions for the Bills' West Coast trip.
Bills vs. Rams weather forecast for Inglewood
The National Weather Service in Los Angeles predicts temperatures in the low 60s at kickoff, with calm winds out of the west, a declining chance of precipitation and decreasing cloud cover. The main complicating factor could be the slight chance precipitation and high humidity, but signs point to favorable weather conditions.
The AccuWeather forecast anticipates warmer temperatures, starting at 65 degrees at kickoff, with lower
humidity and a minimal chance of precipitation. If conditions align more closely to the AccuWeather forecast, conditions could be ideal for the primetime matchup between the 3-1 Bills and 2-2 Rams.
Will weather affect Bills vs. Rams game?
The Bills are 3.5-point underdogs on the road to reigning NFL MVP Matthew Stafford and the Rams, who are coming off a come-from-behind victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. The over/under is set at 54.5 points, with fireworks expected from two of the league’s more high-power offenses.
With temperatures in the low-to-mid 60s at kickoff, winds below the NFL-standard 7 mph and a roof to ward off any passing rain showers, weather shouldn’t be a determining factor in the rivalry game.
- The Bills lead the all-time series against the Rams, 9-6. The last matchup, in December 2024, was a Rams victory in Los Angeles in a high-scoring 44-42 game. Buffalo nearly came back in that one, cutting a 17-point third-quarter deficit to just 2 points with a minute remaining.
- The Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams play Monday, Oct. 12 at 8:15 p.m. at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The game will be broadcast on ESPN and ABC affiliates, including WHAM Channel 13 in Rochester. Joe Buck and Troy Aikman will call the game with sideline reporters Lisa Salters and Laura Rutledge.
