The Las Vegas Raiders had Josh Allen surrounded.
Big mistake.
The Buffalo Bills quarterback turned a near-certain sack into one of the most ridiculous touchdowns of the NFL season Sunday, spinning away from pressure and somehow flipping a 12-yard pass to a wide-open Keon Coleman in the end zone.
Just another reminder that there's no such thing as a broken play when Allen has the football.
The Bills faced third-and-8 from the Raiders' 12-yard line midway through the third quarter at Allegiant Stadium.
Las Vegas rushed four defenders, and Allen initially stepped up in the pocket as if he might take off running.
But defensive end Malcolm Koonce was closing in from behind.
Allen somehow sensed the pressure and spun away from Koonce, only to find star pass
rusher Maxx Crosby bearing down from his right.
How did Josh Allen make this TD pass to Keon Coleman?

With defenders converging, Allen improvised an off-balance, almost shot-put-style throw toward the end zone.
Coleman was standing wide open for the touchdown.
The play gave Buffalo a 23-13 lead with 6:22 remaining in the third quarter.
It capped a six-play, 32-yard drive that began with Dorian Williams intercepting Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins.
The touchdown was Allen's second of the afternoon. He also connected with Khalil Shakir for a 9-yard score in the second quarter.
And the escape was another addition to Allen's growing collection of plays that seem impossible until he makes them look routine.
