Lottery officials said that a third-prize winning Powerball ticket sold at Wegmans on Lyell Avenue in Rochester. The ticket was one of two third-prize winning Powerball tickets sold for the Sept. 12 drawing
. The second winning ticket was sold at a convenience store in White Plains, Westchester County.Currently, the estimated Powerball jackpot is at $251 million with a cash payout value of $106.6 million, according to the Powerball lottery website.
