Greece Olympia/Odyssey returned to classification football last season, after a brief foray into independent play. Now the Griffins hope to return to the win column.
After finishing 3-4 as an independent team in both 2023 and 2024, Olympia/Odyssey was winless against tougher Class A competition in 2025. Last year's experience should leave the Griffins better equipped to compete in Monroe County play this fall.
While scoring was often a struggle, it's worth noting that Olympia/Odyssey managed 30 points in a loss to eventual Class A-1 runner-up Webster Schroeder. The Griffins hope that output becomes the norm this season.
Seniors Aidan Pusey, Juliun Carter, and Elijah Ashford are among the team's returning starters and, as collegiate hopefuls, should
lead the charge this season.

Marquee matchups for Greece Olympia/Odyssey
Greece Central School District rivals reacquaint in mid-October when Olympia/Odyssey hosts Arcadia. That marks the first meeting between the two intertown rivals in nearly 10 years. Arcadia won the last matchup, 36-26, in fall 2018.
