Tractor overturns in Wellsburg
According to media reports, Chemung County Sheriff Bill Schrom said a farm tractor was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver attempted to turn at an intersection.
The turn caused the tractor and trailer to separate, according to Schrom.

The tractor overturned and dragged the driver several yards before coming to rest against
a tree, according to media reports.
14 treated for injuries, 3 critically injured
The trailer was carrying 19 people, many of them children. It traveled a short distance with riders still aboard before also crashing, Schrom said.

Everyone on board was either treated at the scene or taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Three people were in critical condition as of Sunday night, according to the Sheriff's Office. Further details about their injuries were not available.
Schrom told media outlets that the tractor was being used for a hayride for members of a German Baptist community that holds weekly youth gatherings on Sundays.
Deputies are investigating the crash.
