What is the story about?
The
Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns didn't get far into their preseason game before severe weather forced both teams off the field.
The game entered a lightning delay with 13:11 remaining in the first quarter Saturday at Huntington Bank Field.
Rain began pelting the stadium before Bills coach Joe Brady called his players off the sideline and sent them toward the locker room.
A public address announcement shortly afterward said lightning was entering the area. Fans were instructed to leave the seating bowl and seek shelter.
The game was scoreless when play was stopped.
