There's new leadership at Greece Arcadia this fall, as Brad Herman takes over as head coach following Kory Shea's two-year stint.
Taking on his first head coach position in Section V, Herman brings with him 20 years of coaching experience. He was an offensive and defensive line coach at Wilson under Greg Mortier from 2007 to 2013. Over the past eight years, Herman served on John Russ' staff at Honeoye Falls-Lima, including a stint as defensive coordinator.
Herman already has strong ties to the town of Greece. He's currently the president of the Greece Chargers youth program.
"We had a strong stretch at HF-L as a staff and it was a great opportunity to work under John Russ," Herman said in an email, "but the ability to move to Greece was compelling
as I've been heavily involved in Greece youth football."
The Titans have endured consecutive one-win seasons, but aren't that far removed from their last winning campaign (Arcadia went 5-3 in 2023).

Marquee matchups for Greece Arcadia
There's a lot of unfamiliarity in this year's schedule, as only two of the Titans' seven matchups feature repeat opponents. One of them is Brockport, which defeated Arcadia in last year's Class A-2 quarterfinals. Those two teams will reconvene in Week 2. While Arcadia doesn't face cross-town rival Athena this regular season, the Titans do renew their history with Greece Olympia/Odyssey. The early October matchup is the first between the two teams in almost a decade.
