How far will Auliʻi Cravalho go?
Buffalo, apparently.
Cravalho, the actress and singer who became the voice of Moana, will perform "The Star-Spangled Banner" before the Buffalo Bills play the Detroit Lions on Thursday night.
The performance comes before the first regular-season game at the new Highmark Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17.
And Cravalho isn't the only recognizable name performing before the game.
Canadian rock band Barenaked Ladies will sing "O Canada" before Cravalho performs the United States national anthem.

Who is Auliʻi Cravalho?
Cravalho is a Hawaiian actress and singer who became a star with her first movie role.
She was 14 when Disney cast her as the voice
of Moana in the 2016 animated movie. Cravalho sang "How Far I'll Go," written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, in the film and later performed the Oscar-nominated song at the 2017 Academy Awards.
Cravalho returned as the title character in "Moana 2," released in 2024.
Cravalho also played Janis 'Imi'ike in the 2024 movie musical "Mean Girls" and made her Broadway debut that year as Sally Bowles in "Cabaret." She also played Ariel in ABC's "The Little Mermaid Live!" and Eva Perón in a West End concert production of "Evita."
