The Peach Cobbler Factory is expected to open in October at Evans Towne Center, 4272 Washington Road. Owner Brittany Blocker recently said renovations are underway at the space.

A separate Peach Cobbler Factory is also planned at 1307 Richland Ave. in Aiken. Former Aiken County Schools Superintendent Sean Alford and his wife, Stephanie, are opening that restaurant, according to the Aiken Chamber of Commerce.
3. Cobbler is only part of the menu

are served with ice cream, but the menu goes well beyond fruit desserts. Customers can also expect cookies, banana and other puddings, sweet rolls, milkshakes, brownies, cheesecake and ice cream.
