Moonlight Music Cruise
What: An evening cruise along the Augusta Canal featuring live music by Chris Hardy who will perform classic rock and his own original music.
Where & When: Friday 6-to-7:30 p.m. The cruise will start at the Augusta Canal Discovery Center at 1450 Greene St. in downtown Augusta.

Food Truck Friday
What: A family-friendly gathering featuring multiple food trucks, live entertainment and outdoor activities.
Where & When: 6-9 p.m. Friday at the Evans Towne Center Park at 7016 Evans Town Center Blvd. in Evans.
Details: Event is free. Food costs are paid to vendors.

Get a little funk
What: Morris Day & The Time and The S.O.S. Band: The Ultimate Funk Experience
Where & When: 8 p.m. Friday at the Bell Auditorium, 712 Telfair St. in downtown Augusta.

Black Jacket Symphony Performs
What: The Black Jacket Symphony presents this two-part performance.
Where & When: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Columbia County Performing Arts Center, 1000 Market St., Evans
Details: During the first set, The Black Jacket Symphony will recreate Def Leppard's 1987 album Hysteria in its entirety. During the second set, the band will play its greatest hits. Brave the Corn Maze at Steed's Dairy Farm
What: Steed's Dairy Farm's corn maze and farm is open.
Where & When: 4634 Wrightsboro Road, Grovetown. Open from Sept. 26-Nov. 14 on Saturday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m., and on Sundays from 1-7 p.m.
Details: Navigate the twists, turns, and deadends of the path in 5-acre corn maze, watch a real cow milking, visit the petting zoon, pumpkin patch, and many other activities. Bluegrass and folk music concert
What: Bluegrass and folk music groups Trampled by Turtles and The Last Revel perform.
When & Where: 7:30 p.m., Sunday, Miller Theater, 708 Broad St., Augusta. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
