Food Truck Friday

What: Local food trucks and vendors will be there as well as live entertainment.

Where & When: 6-9 p.m. Friday at Evans Towne Center Park, 7016 Evans Town Center Blvd., Evans

Details: The park has a concert pavilion, splash pad, a playground, and a dog area. There's no admission fee.

Attention mustard fans

What: North Augusta's 2nd annual Mustard Crawl

Where & When: Downtown

North Augusta, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Details: Various downtown businesses will have mustard-inspired Oktoberfest treats, gifts, and items to purchase. The event is free and festival-goers are encouraged to wear mustard-colored clothing. For more information, visit northaugustaforward.org.

Brine Oyster Social will be serving up raw oysters and more soon in Ocean Pines, Maryland.

Oysterfest 2026

What: An evening of fresh oysters, delicious food, cold drinks, and community

Where & When: 3-8 p.m. Saturday at St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church, 3321 Wheeler Road, Augusta

Details: There will be fresh oysters for $25 per dozen. Beer, soda, and water will be available. There will be free hot dogs and sno-cones for children, artisan tables, raffles, live music, karaoke, a bounce house, children's activities, a bake sale, and tours of St. Augustine's stained glass windows.

Visitors flocked to downtown Augusta to celebrate creativity and culture on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021, day three of the ArtsCity Festival presented by the Greater Augusta Arts Council. This scaled-down version of the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival also featured arts vendors, international foods and live performances.

Arts in the Heart of Augusta

What: Augusta's largest festival celebrating the cultures and traditions of the people who make up the community.

Where & When: 5-9 p.m. Friday; 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday at the Augusta Exchange Club Fairgrounds on Hale Street.

Details: This has been an annual event since 1982 and draws thousands of visitors each year, bringing together artists, musicians, performers, food, and culture from throughout the world. For details and ticket information, visit artsintheheartofaugusta.com.
