The median price of homes listed for sale in Aiken County as of July averaged $354,900, according to Realtor.com. That's a tad higher than June's $350,000 average. The following houses are not those houses. This top-five list shows the highest asking prices for Aiken County homes listed for sale on Realtor.com as of Sept. 11.
