- Observed raw shrimp and shrimp egg rolls stored uncovered in the reach-in cooler. Store all foods with a cover.
- Observed mold-like substances on ginger in the walk-in cooler. Observed dented cans of pineapple juice in the pantry. Discard. Monitor food condition and put in a "Discard" pile.
- Observed the incorrect food inspection report posted. Post the most recent food inspection report.
