Shana Reid, chief development officer for SRP Federal Credit Union, was named the 2026 Woman Who EmpowHers Award recipient by the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce during its Women in Business EmpowHer Showcase on Sept. 29.
Selected from nine nominees, Reid was recognized for her leadership, commitment to creating opportunities for others and dedication to supporting the professional growth of those around her.

Reid oversees SRP's Community Impact, Consumer Growth, Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Marketing and Communications departments. She is known for investing in employee development through programs such as Emerging Leaders and Next Level Leadership Development, as well
as her annual "Coffee and Convo" meetings with team members across the organization.
Her leadership also has helped support a culture of community service at SRP, including volunteer initiatives, blood drives, Shred Day events and other outreach programs.
"I am honored and humbled at the same time to be the recipient of this award," Reid said. "There were nine incredible nominees, each doing amazing work in our community, so I'm truly honored to be selected as this year's recipient."
The award recognizes women who empower others through leadership, mentorship, and service to their communities.
