The Tennessee Titans will face Derrick Henry for the first time in the Week 4 game against the Baltimore Ravens on Oct. 4 in Baltimore.
Henry signed with the Ravens (2-1) after eight seasons in Nashville, and he has excelled in his early 30s.
From 2024 on, Henry has out-rushed the Titans as a whole, 3,817 yards to 3,715.
Tennessee (0-3) is 6-31 since Henry's exit (along with the exit of Mike Vrabel and Ryan Tannehill in the same offseason).
