About
a dozen Nashville Fire trucks gathered at the front of the Loews Nashville Hotel, located across the street from Vanderbilt University, at around 4:00.
A communications spokesperson with the Nashville Fire Department told the Tennessean that initial reports showed no fire, but that responders, who arrived at the hotel at 3:54 p.m., were still investigating.
Since then, most of the trucks and emergency vehicles have left the scene.
