The Tennessee Titans on the field won't be the only ones sporting a new look this fall.
On Aug. 7, the Titans announced that mascot T-Rac will take a different form this fall, wearing a suit that comes with a more cartoonish, smiling face, a long bushy tail and most notably a silver fur that contrasts from the brown-furred look T-Rac has previously worn.
T-Rac is a raccoon, in fitting with Tennessee's official state wild animal. He's been the Titans' mascot since 1999 and, per the team's website, has been a part of 13 Pro Bowls since being instated in his role.

The mascot redesign goes along with a total overhaul of the team's logo and uniforms for 2026. This year's Titans will be wearing
jerseys that more closely conform to the classic jerseys worn by the Houston Oilers in the 1980s with a color scheme that emphasizes the lighter Titan/Oiler blue over the darker navy blue that's been a staple since the beginning of the Titans years. In the process, the Titans have also eschewed many of the signifiers that connected the franchise to the "Titans" heritage, getting rid of the sword and the fireball in the logo in favor of a sleeker T surrounded by the Tennessee tri-star.
The old T-Rac was visible at Titans training camp practices as recently as Aug. 4 but the new T-Rac will have plenty of opportunities in recent days to debut, including a Titans scrimmage at Nissan Stadium on Aug. 7 and preseason games at Nissan Stadium on Aug. 23 and Aug. 29.
