Vanderbilt football vs. Georgia will kick off at 11:45 a.m. CT on SEC Network, the league announced.
The game had previously been placed into a six-day hold with the official TV designation not announced Sept. 21.
It will be the fourth straight SEC Network game for the Commodores (3-1, 0-1 SEC) after playing Delaware, NC State and Auburn on the network. Vanderbilt lost to Auburn, 21-15, in its conference opener after previously defeating the Blue Hens and Wolfpack along with Austin Peay.
Vanderbilt quarterback Jared Curtis was previously committed to Georgia before flipping to the Commodores.
Georgia (4-0, 2-0) has defeated Tennessee State, Western Kentucky, Arkansas and Oklahoma, all by 25 points or more. The matchup will take place Oct. 3 at Dooley
Field at Sanford Stadium in Athens, the second straight road contest for the Commodores.
The early game Oct. 3 that got designated for the ABC slot was Alabama/Mississippi State.
Vanderbilt last played Georgia in 2023, losing, 37-20, at home.
