The Atlanta Hawks are moving to Nashville.
At least for the team's 2027 training camp, which will be held at Vanderbilt basketball's practice facility from Sept. 29-Oct. 2.
The Hawks held their training camp at the University of Georgia a year ago.
Atlanta was 46-36 last season and finished first in the Southeast Division and sixth in the Eastern Conference before losing in the first round of the NBA Playoffs to the eventual champion New York Knicks.

The answer for a long time was easy: Trae Young. The four-time All-Star averaged 25.1 points and 9.8 assists per game in eight seasons with the Hawks, including 15.2 and 6.2 last year. He was traded to the Washington Wizards in January, though.
These days, it's Jalen Johnson, who averaged team-bests
in points (22.5) and rebounds (10.3) to go with 7.9 assists and 1.2 steals per game. Nickell Alexander-Walker pitched in 20.8 points and 3.7 assists.
When do the Atlanta Hawks begin the 2026-27 NBA season?
The Hawks open the 2026-27 season on the road against the Orlando Magic on Oct. 21.
