What is the story about?

The NASCAR regular season concludes at Daytona with the Coke Zero Sugar 400 Cup Series race on Aug. 29.

The race weekend is limited to Cup Series qualifying along with O'Reilly Auto Parts Series qualifying and the 250-mile race on Aug. 28, plus the Cup race the next day.

Both series will set their Chase fields following the events.

In the Cup Series, Ryan Preece trails Shane van Gisbergen by 31 points

for the final Chase spot.
