A 46-year-old man on Nashville's most wanted list on accusations of sex crimes that involved a teenager was arrested Sept. 4 at a fast-food restaurant, according to police.
Antonio J. Simpson, 46, faces a grand jury indictment charging him with four counts of statutory rape by an authority figure, two counts of solicitation of a minor related to statutory rape, and sexual battery by an authority figure, police said.
Police believe Simpson supervised the teen at a Nashville restaurant.
The allegations against him were reported in January, leading to an investigation by the Nashville Police Department's Youth Services Division.
Simpson was arrested at an apartment off Stewarts Ferry Pike.
Police also found six guns and ammunition. Two of the firearms
were listed as stolen from the Nashville area.
Simpson’s bond on the indictment is $150,000. Charges related to the guns found are pending.
