Have a question about local government you want an answer to? Looking for an inside view of the state of affairs ahead of next month’s midterm election? Curious about how we’ve approached our deep investigative
reporting on the rise of data centers in Middle Tennessee?
If the answer to any of those questions is yes, The Tennessean’s Metro team wants to meet you.
The team — city and politics editor Liz Schubauer, Metro reporter Austin Hornbostel, justice reporter Evan Mealins, investigative reporter Kelly Puente, children’s reporter Rachel Wegner and state government and politics reporter Vivian Jones — will be working from The Café at Thistle Farms in West Nashville from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7.
The nonprofit serves female survivors of addiction and exploitation with resources like housing and employment services, funded in part by the café connected to its retail store at 5122 Charlotte Ave.
Whether you have questions about our work or a pitch for something you’d like us to cover, we’d love for you to join us.
