While the top eight teams in the Nashville area's latest Super 25 Football Rankings hold firm to their previous rankings, teams from Nos. 9-16 underwent changes after Week 6 of the TSSAA football season.
Brentwood continues to show impressive consistency, having won four straight, and moved up six spots to No. 9 after a 35-0 dismantling of Henry County, which previously was ranked in our area Super 25 poll.
Blackman, Ensworth and Springfield all suffered losses on Sept. 25 but each faced teams ranked higher, so their positions did not suffer a significant drop.
