Nicoletto's Pasta Company will open a third location in Mt. Juliet at 11324 Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet, the restaurant and property owner have announced.
The building space Nicoletto's will move into was used by JadyK Beautique and is the old Staggs Pharmacy, said Mark Lineberry of Lineberry Properties. The location is just west of North Mt. Juliet Road, next to Nutrition Nova and is across from Starbucks.
The building Nicoletto's is moving into was renovated several years ago and recently repainted, Lineberry said.
Nicoletto’s is a Nashville-based company that offers made-from-scratch fresh pasta and bronze-cut pasta, according to its website. With its "fast-casual Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen restaurants," the business also offers customers the chance
to buy pasta product with a store concept.
Brothers Ryan and Danny Nicoletto launched the brand in 2016. Nicoletto's presently has locations in East Nashville and Donelson.
The Mt. Juliet store is estimated to open in the fall and will be Nicoletto’s largest footprint yet at about 3,000 square feet.
The Mt. Juliet location will have an expanded Italian specialty market, a coffee & espresso bar, and beer & wine service, Nicoletto's announced on social media.
Nicoletto’s owners were looking at Mt. Juliet and previously considered a location on the east side of North Mt. Juliet Road in front of Beniki Nailspa, before deciding on the Lebanon Road location.
