The NASCAR Cup Series returns to the track for the Iowa Corn 350 on Aug. 9 at Iowa Speedway, with Ryan Blaney on the pole.
Ford claimed three of the top four spots in qualifying, including Joey Logano (third) and Brad Keselowski (fourth). Keselowski crashed on his second qualifying lap, but his team worked to repair the primary car.
Denny Hamlin will start 29th after facing brakes issues during the day of practice and qualifying, while Chase Elliott will start 32nd after a slow qualifying lap following a practice spin.
Ryan Preece needs a strong August to make the Chase, but will start the Iowa race on the last row.
