Tennessee Titans defensive linemen Jeffery Simmons (back) and John Franklin-Myers (back) did not practice on Oct. 7, according to the team injury report, but Titans coach Robert Saleh described their absence as "maintenance."
Safety Amani Hooker is in concussion protocol and did not practice. Hooker was evaluated for a concussion on Oct. 4 after a hard hit against Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry but returned to the game. Saleh said Hooker reported concussion symptoms early this week.
Titans running back Tony Pollard (foot) also didn't practice.
Cornerback Joshua Williams (pectoral) returned from the injured reserve list and practiced full.
