Freshly minted Tennessee resident Zach Bryan will be playing at the new Nissan Stadium on May 22, 2027.
The announcement comes days before he will release a new EP titled "Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs," coming on Oct. 16.
The Grammy-winning alt-country superstar's eight-song project, "Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs," marks Bryan's first new music since his sixth album, "With Heaven On Top," which topped the Billboard 200 when it arrived in January 2026. Standout tracks include a pair of favorites from his ongoing stadium tour, “Robot Killed the Working Man” and “Backwards,” plus a new duet with noir-pop star Lana Del Rey on the song “Lies."
The project likely reinforces Bryan's reputation for raw, emotionally complex country
songwriting, paired with stripped-down sonic foundations built on acoustic guitar. The country music singer has also teamed up with fellow Oklahomans Turnpike Troubadours on the track “Plainsman,” looking back to his roots after making a big life change.
Famous in part for building his country career outside of the Music City orbit, Bryan began his rise as a viral singer-songwriter and has kept Nashville's country establishment at arm's length, even as he posted diamond-certified No. 1s like “I Remember Everything” (feat. Kacey Musgraves) in 2023. For example, he has not performed at CMA Fest nor attended CMA Awards in the past. (He won an ACM award in 2023, but did not attend the related events himself.) That distance from country music's legacy institutions is in part why Bryan's recent move to the Nashville area was big news when it came out in early October.
TMZ reported that the "Something in the Orange" hitmaker purchased a 40-acre property in Leiper's Fork for $18.25 million in February. The estate is said to include a four-bedroom, five-bathroom main home covering more than 5,000 square feet, plus fishing ponds, a pool and an entertainment barn with its own recording studio, among other amenities.
In the meantime, Bryan remains no stranger to controversy. Earlier in October he made waves during a two-night concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass. With 73,538 fans in attendance, the second show set a new attendance record for the stadium, including football games. Bryan also took the stage wearing a "Free Palestine" T-shirt just weeks after a national controversy erupted over the venue, best known as the home of the NFL's New England Patriots. Team and stadium owner Robert Kraft joined with other NFL owners to push pop star Ed Sheeran into dropping the rapper Macklemore from Sheeran's tour after Macklemore chanted "Free Palestine" at MetLife Stadium outside New York City in September.
His upcoming show in Music City, early next year, promises to be another unique moment in Bryan's Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs Tour, which will include 23 shows in 19 stadiums across North America and Australia. John Fogerty, Ryan Bingham and The Texas Gentlemen, Vance Joy, Fey Fili, Gabriella Rose, and Emma Ogier are set to serve as supporting acts at select dates.
