Vanderbilt football's matchup against Ole Miss will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT at FirstBank Stadium and be televised on ESPN, the conference announced Sept. 28.
The matchup Oct. 10 will be the first Commodores game this season that will be held on a channel other than SEC Network or SEC Network+.
This will be the SEC home opener for Vanderbilt (3-1, 0-1 SEC), which has won all three of its home games so far this season against NC State, Delaware and Austin Peay. The Commodores lost on the road to Auburn and will face another road game against Georgia before returning to FirstBank Stadium against the Rebels.
Ole Miss (3-1, 1-1) has wins over Louisville, Charlotte and LSU with a loss to Florida. The Rebels will be coming off an open week when they
face Vanderbilt.
