Tennessee Titans safety Kevin Winston Jr. (shoulder) will not practice on Oct. 2 ahead of the Week 4 game at the Baltimore Ravens, Titans coach Robert Saleh said.
The Titans (0-3) and Ravens (2-1) play on Oct. 4 (noon, CBS).
Winston practiced full on Oct. 1 but "fell on his shoulder" and will continue to be evaluated, Saleh said.
Winston is second on the team with 22 total tackles (12 solo, 10 assisted) in three games. He also has a forced fumble and one quarterback hurry.
Saleh said defensive end John Franklin Myers (back) and running backs Tony Pollard (foot) and Tyjae Spears (ankle) were all expected to practice.
It will mark Tennessee's first game playing against its former star running back Derrick Henry, who has rushed for 301 yards and six
touchdowns through three games with Baltimore this season.
Both teams' official injury reports will be released late afternoon Oct. 2.
