The Tennessee Titans 2026 schedule holds the answers to where the organization will go from here.
The Titans’ 3-14 record last year left much to be desired, and that’s probably an understatement. After a staff revamp, starting with new coach Robert Saleh, fans are wondering what’s possible with the Titans schedule this year.
The Titans depth chart will become more clear in training camp, which started July 29. The Titans schedule includes three preseason games: at San Francisco (Aug. 13, 8 p.m.), vs. Seattle (Aug. 23, 7 p.m.) and vs. Chicago (Aug. 29, 5 p.m.).
The real action on the Titans’ schedule begins Sept. 13 at home against the Jets, where Saleh was the head coach from 2021-24.

About the opponent: The defending Super Bowl champions have championship aspirations again, entering 2026 with arguably the league’s best defense.

About the opponent: Could the Bears win the NFC North again? Caleb Williams led them to an 11-6 record and first playoff win since 2010 last season.

About the opponent: Maybe the Titans can start 1-0. The Jets are coming off their own 3-14 campaign and haven’t reached the playoffs since 2010.
