Country singer RaeLynn ("God Made Girls") will host two fundraiser songwriters' shows Aug. 24 in Nashville to battle diabetes.
RaeLynn, who rose to fame in 2012 on TV show "The Voice," was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 12, and she launched a nonprofit, The RaeLynn Diabetes Fund, with the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee in 2016.

The 32-year-old country singer will host songwriters shows at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Aug. 24 at The Listening Room Cafe, 618 Fourth Ave. S. She'll perform with hit songwriters Rhett Akins and Corey Crowder.
The $75 tickets are available online at listeningroomcafe.com.
