After two sold-out nights at The Catbird Seat, chef Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson is sticking around Nashville for one more service.
On July 28, the chef behind Vancouver's Michelin-starred Published on Main will serve an à la carte menu at The Patterson House, offering a more casual follow-up to the restaurant's $250-per-person collaboration with The Catbird Seat.
The weekend dinners feature a 17-course prix fixe menu built by Stieffenhofer-Brandson alongside Catbird chefs Tiffani Ortiz and Andy Doubrava. Tuesday's menu trades the tasting format for bar food with the same creative bent and love for local and foraged ingredients.
Expect dishes like nacho beef tartare, Kentucky fried maitake
mushrooms, an iceberg wedge salad, a shareable lamb donair, boozy popsicles and Published on Main's toasted hay dessert.
Ortiz and Doubrava have collaborated with Stieffenhofer-Brandson several times over the past five years, dating back to their Slow Burn pop-up series, which brought them to Published on Main before they took over The Catbird Seat.
"We're always stealing ideas and seeking advice from one another," the chefs said in a statement.
Published on Main holds one Michelin star and ranks No. 17 on North America's 50 Best Restaurants list. The Catbird Seat earned its own Michelin star in 2025 under Ortiz and Doubrava.
The Patterson House menu will be available from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday. Reservations are available through OpenTable, though walk-ins are welcome.
