The NASCAR Cup Series race weekend at Phoenix begins with Freeway Insurance 500 practice and qualifying on Oct. 17.
The Cup Series has four races remaining, with the Chase championship picture narrowing in focus to three drivers: Points leader Kyle Larson, Denny Hamlin (-49) and Christopher Bell (-51).
Chase Briscoe, Ryan Blaney and Joey Logano are also within 100 points of Larson's lead but will need a win or two over the next four weeks to close in on the 2026 Cup title.
Phoenix, the site of the championship race over the last several seasons, is now in the lead-in in the second half of the Chase.
