With more than three months remaining in 2026, Tennesseans have already spent nearly twice what they spent in 2025 on the adult-content website, OnlyFans.
According to a recent study conducted by OnlyGuider, an OnlyFans search engine, Tennesseans have spent a total of $70.58 million on OnlyFans in 2026, surpassing the $36.3 million spent in 2025.
OnlyGuider estimates that 1.09 million Tennesseans have an OnlyFans account, with roughly 108K belonging to women and the remainder belonging to men.
While $70.58 million might seem like a pretty penny to spend on pornography, Tennessee ranks in the middle of the pack for total national spending.
Here is what to know about Tennessee's OnlyFans spending so far in 2026.
What is OnlyFans?
Based in the U.K., OnlyFans is a subscription-based
platform where creators share content directly with paying fans.
The platform features a range of content, but it's widely known for hosting adult-oriented content creators.
Founded in 2016 as a general subscription platform, OnlyFans quickly evolved into a leading platform for paid adult content. In turn, it was hit with regulations in 2025 when the U.K. government passed the UK Online Safety Act, requiring the company to include age-verification and content-moderation transparency requirements.
In Tennessee, there are more than 26,000 OnlyFans creators who generate roughly $34 million a year.
Which Tennessee city has spent the most on OnlyFans in 2026?
Nashville is currently the leading spender in the state by a margin of roughly $8.7 million. With $15.25 million spent in 2026 so far, Nashville has seen an 8.2% increase in OnlyFans spending from 2025. Despite the increase, Nashville ranked near the bottom nationally, ranking No. 32 overall.
Coming in behind Nashville are the following Tennessee cities.
- Memphis - $6.52 million
- Knoxville - $4.71 million
- Chattanooga - $2.74 million
- Clarksville - $1.95 million
How does Tennessee's spending compare nationwide?
Of the 50 states, Tennessee ranked at No. 24 overall in OnlyFans spending, with the bulk of its spending coming from Nashville-area users.
In a separate ranking measuring the spending per 10K adults, Tennessee came in at No. 48, spending a little more than $130K so far in 2026.

What are Tennessee's adult content laws?
The most recent development in Tennessee's relationship with adult-content regulation was the passing of the Protect Tennessee Minors Act during the 2024 Tennessee General Assembly.
Now in effect, the legislation applies to commercial websites and platforms hosting content considered harmful to minors. Under Tennessee law, websites and platforms must implement age verification to prevent minors from accessing restricted adult content.
If the platform fails to comply with the law, it can face civil penalties and legal actions from both the state and individuals, such as parents or guardians.
While not enforced by the state, OnlyFans requires that its users be at least 18 years old.
Tennessee allows adult content between consenting adults but generally enforces strict rules around minors, consent, and access, as outlined in the Protect Tennessee Minors Act.
