A final site plan for Oracle's Nashville tech campus reveals plans for five clusters of office buildings and a luxury hotel complex surrounding a water feature alongside the Cumberland River. The plans were submitted to the Metro Planning Department in early September.
Designs show the first in-depth look at what could be coming for the long-anticipated River North tech campus.
The tech company originally announced its plans to build a Nashville headquarters in the River North area of the East Bank in 2021. Throughout this year, the company has been at work installing underground infrastructure and leveling the ground in preparation for vertical construction on the sprawling campus.
The company has already spent more than $335 million on nearly
70 acres of East Bank real estate. In October 2025, representatives of Nobu Hospitality announced the company was working with Oracle to build a Nobu Hotel and Restaurant to be part of its larger River North campus.
According to the submitted plans, the general area around the planned hotel, which could also include a park and retail space, will be intended for use by the general public, while the multi-building office complex will be designated for Oracle employees.
Submitted plans show ample green space throughout the campus along with a small system of greenways connected to the planned pedestrian bridge, also set to be built by the tech company. It is unclear when construction could start on the bridge or the tech campus.
A representative of Oracle did not provide an additional comment when contacted by The Tennessean.
