The NASCAR community will come together on Oct. 9 to remember Kyle Busch at the public celebration of life ceremony at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
The ceremony will begin after the Truck Series race at the 1.5-mile oval track, near the start-finish line. The ceremony will be free to attend.
Busch died at age 41 on May 21 in Charlotte after complications from pneumonia progressed into sepsis, days before the Coca-Cola 600 race at the track.
Before that race, Samantha, Brexton and Lennix Busch were all present at Charlotte Motor Speedway during a pre-race moment of silence and tribute for Kyle Busch. The scene was the lasting image of the NASCAR community's support of the Busch family and the legacy that Kyle Busch left after his stunning death.
