The Super Bowl champs are in Nashville for the day as the Tennessee Titans welcome the Seattle Seahawks to Vanderbilt Health Football Center for a joint practice that'll surely test Cam Ward and company.
The Titans and Seahawks meet up on Aug. 23 for a preseason game at Nissan Stadium, but before then, the two teams will engage in ajoint practice session on Aug. 21, beginning at 10:30 a.m. This will be the second of the Titans' three joint practices this offseason following a meet-up last week in Santa Clara, California, with the San Francisco 49ers.
For the Titans, this is an opportunity to show growth and test their mettle coming off an underwhelming performance against the 49ers. The Titans' secondary in particular drew scrutiny coming out
of the first joint practice, and now it'll be able to face another test against star Seattle receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba coming off an All-Pro season. The Titans also will be able to test their new-look offensive line against the Seattle defensive front that was arguably the driving force of its Super Bowl win in February.
The Tennessean will have multiple reporters on hand for the joint practice funneling observations, stats, analysis and trends from the practice field into these updates. Please stay posted throughout the day as The Tennessean shares news and updates on the latest out of Titans vs. Seahawks at joint practice.

Who to expect from Titans today
09:31 AM ET, August 21 2026, Nick SussThe Titans aren't exactly banged up, but there've been some fairly high-profile players who've missed time this week out of what coach Robert Saleh's seemed to believe is an abundance of caution. Those players include RB Tony Pollard and WR Carnell Tate, as well as DL John Franklin-Myers.
