Washington, who was part of the Vanderbilt basketball team in 2025-26, was among a group of college basketball players granted an injunction by a Tennessee state court July 31, allowing him to return to play another year in 2026-27, according to court documents obtained by The Tennessean.
It was not clear if he plans to return to the Commodores, who already have 15 players for the 2026-27 season.
