Tennessee Titans safety Kevin Winston Jr. (shoulder) didn't practice on Oct. 2 and is listed as questionable on the team's injury report two days before their NFL Week 4 game at the Baltimore Ravens.
Running back Tyjae Spears (ankle) did practice Friday but also is listed as questionable.
The Titans (0-3) and Ravens (2-1) play on Oct. 4 (noon, CBS).
Winston participated in a full practice Oct. 1 but "fell on his shoulder" and will continue to be evaluated, Titans coach Robert Saleh said.
Winston 22 total tackles (12 solo, 10 assists) in three games are second on the team. He has one forced fumble and one quarterback hurry.
Defensive end John Franklin Myers (back) and running back Tony Pollard (foot) both practiced Oct. 2
It will mark Tennessee's first
game playing against its former star running back Derrick Henry, who has rushed for 301 yards and six touchdowns through three games with Baltimore this season.
