Dolly Parton's long-awaited SongTeller Hotel is now officially open, giving visitors and locals another high-profile place to stay in downtown Nashville.
The hotel and accompanying Life of Many Colors Museum were among the final major projects the "9 to 5" singer worked on before her death on Aug. 25 at age 80 following a battle with an undisclosed form of cancer.
Parton purchased the former downtown office building for $75 million in November 2023 and spent years helping shape the property's vision, The Tennesseanreported. The country music icon partnered on the hotel with Herschend, the family-owned company that operates Dollywood and has worked alongside Parton for four decades.

How much does a stay at Dolly Parton's hotel cost?
Room rates at Parton's SongTeller Hotel vary depending on the room type and view, but guests can expect to pay more than $400 per night before taxes.
A standard king room that sleeps two starts at $433 per night, excluding taxes. For an additional $20, guests can book a King City View Room overlooking downtown Nashville for $453 per night before taxes.

Travelers looking for views of the Cumberland River and the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge can opt for a river-view room, which is among the more affordable options at $408 per night, excluding taxes.
Guests can also enhance their stay with the "I Will Always Love You" Romance Package, which includes a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolate truffles, a framed print of lyrics from their favorite Dolly Parton song, and a floral arrangement.
