Baylor and David Gabriel Georges crushed Division II-AAA rival McCallie, 49-7, in a TSSAA football game on Oct. 2 that saw Peyton Manning's son, Marshall Manning, earn some playing time.
Baylor (7-0, 3-0)
built a 35-7 lead at halftime and held McCallie (3-4, 0-2) scoreless in the second half. Baylor rolled up 463 total yards, including 291 in the air.
It's the 19th straight win for Baylor which hasn't lost since McCallie upset the Red Raiders in the 2024 Division II-AAA state championship in Chattanooga. Baylor has won its last three games against McCallie.

It was actually a tame night for the five-star running back, ranked as the nation's No. 2 running back by 247Sports Composite. Gabriel Georges finished with 109 yards on 11 carries with two touchdowns. He did have a 90-yard touchdown run called back because of a Baylor penalty, and much of the second half was played with a running clock. He also caught a 29-yard touchdown pass from Keegan Croucher. Gabriel Georges had a pair of catches for 50 yards.
How Baylor's Marshall Manning fared vs McCallie
The freshman quarterback got some playing time, going 3-for-4 passing for 36 yards. Manning made his season debut in Baylor's season opener against Brentwood Academy. He attempted only one pass, an 8-yard completion in the second quarter of Baylor's 38-20 win on ESPN2. Manning missed some time with a foot injury but has returned as Croucher's primary backup.

Croucher didn't need a lot of attempts and was efficient, going 9-for-12 for 255 yards passing and four touchdowns. He connected with Antwuan Adams, who had a pair of catches for 110 yards, including touchdown catches of 70 and 40 yards, respectively.
