Nolensville Little League resumed play in the Southeast Regional at 8 a.m. CT against Virginia in Warner Robins, Georgia on today after weather postponed the game in the top of the fourth inning Aug. 6 with Nolensville leading 5-1
The game is being broadcast on ESPN+.
The winner of the eight-team tournament advances to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, beginning Aug. 19.
The winner of this game faces either North Carolina or Alabama at 10 a.m. CT on Aug. 8 The loser will play the loser of the North Carolina vs. Alabama game at 6 p.m. today.
Nolensville reached the Little League World Series three consecutive years starting in 2021. The 2022 team finished fourth in the world. The program made national headlines in 2023
when it advanced again, led by Stella Weaver, who was the 22nd girl to play in the Little League World Series and went on to set the U.S. recordfor most hits by a girl in Little League World Series history.
This is Nolensville's fifth trip to the Southeast Regional in six years.

Nolensville Little League leads Virginia 5-1 in the top of the fourth inning at the Southeast Regional, which is being delayed by weather after lightning was spotted in the area. Nolensville pitcher JB Carter has not allowed a hit.

Nolensville defeated Clarksville 11-1 in the state championship game. JB Carter allowed three hits and struck out seven on the mound.
Callen Williams had three hits, including two doubles, and Lincoln Franks had three RBIs for Nolensville.
