Tennessee Titans safety Kevin Winston Jr. (quadricep) is questionable to return against the Houston Texans on Oct. 11.
Winston went down on the first play of the teams' AFC South game in Week 5. He began
Tennessee's second defensive series on the sideline without his helmet.
The Titans are already thin at safety, with starter Amani Hooker (concussion) out this week. Backups Tony Adams and Terrell Burgess are now at safety for the Titans.
