Four
people had to be transported with injuries after a ride malfunctioned on the night of Aug. 19 at the Wilson County - Tennessee State Fair in Lebanon.
Nine total patients were seen, according to the Wilson County Emergency Management Agency.
The injuries of the four patients transported were described as minor, said WEMA spokesperson Maegan Eldridge.
It wasn't certain what ride malfunctioned.
