Tennessee Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (back) returned to limited practice on Oct. 8, while safety Amani Hooker (concussion protocol) did not participate for the second consecutive day, according to the team's injury report.
Simmons' absence on Oct. 7 was described as "maintenance," coach Robert Saleh said.
Hooker reported concussion symptoms this week after being evaluated in-game and returning against the Baltimore Ravens on Oct. 4.
Offensively, running back Tony Pollard (foot) returned to full practice after missing the previous day. Rookie receiver Carnell Tate (back) was limited in practice following a breakout game against the Ravens with nine catches for 145 yards.
Safety Kevin Winston Jr. (shoulder) was also limited.
