Ryan Blaney is on the pole for the Cook Out 400 NASCAR Cup Series race on Aug. 15 at Richmond Raceway.
Blaney leads a group of five Fords inside the top 10 of the lineup. William Byron is the only Chevrolet inside the first five rows.
Austin Cindric enters the night in 16th, with a 29-point cushion ahead of Ryan Preece for the final spot in the Chase.
Three races remain in the regular season ahead of the Chase, which begins next month.
