Singer-songwriter Rosanne Cash, the eldest daughter of the late country music legend Johnny Cash, has canceled upcoming shows due to "an unexpected medical emergency," according to a Sept. 7 Instagram post by her management team.
"She is recovering under her doctors' supervision, who have recommended a temporary restriction on travel and performing," according to the post.
The cancellation impacts her upcoming Wyoming and Montana shows, her team wrote.
"Rosanne deeply regrets the cancellation and looks forward to rescheduling appearances," according to the post.
Cash's team didn't disclose details about her illness, where she's being treated, or how long she might limit travel.
